DELIVERY

-Delivery is free across Canada for any order of 100 CAD or more.

-For orders under 100 CAD, a fee of 12.90 CAD is charged at checkout for standard shipping, or 17.90 CAD for Express.

-We do not ship packages to PO BOXes.

-Packages are shipped from Montreal via our usual carriers (GLS, ICS Courier, Purolator, UPS).

-Delivery time for your orders:

Standard Shipping

To the EAST 1 to 3 business days - To the WEST 3 to 7 business days

Express Shipping

To the EAST 1 to 2 business days - To the WEST 2 to 4 business days

RETURNS & REFUNDS

-You may return your purchase within 15 days of activating your watch for a full refund of the purchase price.
-Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
-Watch bands and chargers with opened packaging cannot be returned. Please check compatibility with your watch model listed on the box or product sheet before opening.
-COROS does not cover shipping costs for products returned for refund.
-Please contact contact@coros.com for return procedures and to obtain the necessary authorizations.
-Approved refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank account.
-Initial shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.
